EUDAT Conference 2024
3-5 December 2024 | Karlsruhe, Germany
Description | Programme | Venue | Open Calls | Partnership | Hotel List
This workshop aims to explore the synergies between the eLTER (Integrated European Long-Term Ecosystem, critical zone and socio-ecological Research) research infrastructure and the EUDAT (Collaborative Data Infrastructure), with a focus on analyzing eLTER’s cyberinfrastructure requirements with the broader reference architecture for the envisioned generic architecture for environmental research infrastructures.
The workshop will start by presenting eLTER RI needs and how eLTER can contribute to the generic environmental RIs reference architecture that can be used in research infrastructures to increase their FAIR maturity. This process will serve as a foundation to identify the gaps, opportunities, and necessary components required for eLTER RI data architecture development. Participants will then explore how existing data management services offered by EUDAT and other service providers might be integrated and tailored to meet eLTER’s specific requirements.
