EUDAT has published three new use cases in 2022, covering the use of EUDAT services in CompBioMed, ROHub & Blue-Cloud, together with an updated look for all use cases.
CompBioMed is using B2HANDLE, B2SAFE and B2SHARE for data replication workflow and long-term preservation of the data, and for data publication workflow. The EUDAT services help to make data in the CompBioMed community FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
ROHub is a research-enabling service in EOSC supporting scientists in the adoption of FAIR and Open Science principles. It is using B2DROP to provide storage space to ROHub users and B2SHARE as a publishing option for research object snapshots/releases generated on ROHub.
Blue-Cloud intends to enhance the visibility and discoverability of marine data. EUDAT’s B2FIND is supporting Blue-Cloud to make marine data more easily accessible across domains.
